Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Training & Development, Business Partnering and Performance management.
Responsibilities :
- HR Business Partnering: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries
- Employee Relations & HR Processes: generate employment contract, manage HR Processes and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
- Training & Development: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performcae
- General HR Support: Engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of employee relations
- Office based role with flexible working arrangements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of Dutch and English language is required
