As an HR Generalist at Multitude, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless HR operations, supporting employees and managers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential HR processes, maintaining accurate data in our HRIS system, and providing first-level HR advisory to line managers. YOUR FOCUS

  • Ensure all employee data, such as job details, compensation, benefits, and personal information, is accurately maintained and updated in the HRIS system.
  • Work closely with the payroll team, ensuring that all necessary data is in place for payroll processing.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are correctly set up in the HRIS system and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Support the offboarding process by ensuring accurate data entry and finalizing formalities in the HRIS system.
  • Facilitate communication with employees during onboarding and offboarding, providing clarity on policies and processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees seeking HR-related information, addressing requests for documents, policy clarification, and benefits inquiries for your assigned area.
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and leaves, ensuring these updates are reflected in the HRIS system.
  • Provide HR support and advisory to line managers on day-to-day HR matters, including guidance on employee relations, HR processes, and policy implementation.
  • Act as a resource for managers to navigate HR challenges, providing advice on employee queries and concerns, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Engage regularly with employees to maintain awareness of their needs and support the resolution of HR-related queries.
  • Conduct and document exit interviews, providing feedback and insights to support future HR initiatives and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment labor law, including employment contracts, working conditions, and benefits administration, by maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assist in internal audits, ensuring adherence to GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Support disciplinary actions and employee relations in compliance with legal standards and company policies, ensuring appropriate documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of operational HR experience within an international company.
    • Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience managing HR data in line with local regulations.
    • Proficiency in using HRIS systems to manage and update employee information.
    • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
    • Strong advisory and relationship-building skills, capable of providing effective first-level HR support to line managers.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with strong organizational and data management skills.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional efforts
