Description:
As a functional expert in HR, you provide professional expertise within your area, performing tasks autonomously with moderate guidance and within established guidelines and policies. You analyze factual information, propose solutions, make independent judgments, and solve straightforward problems using your knowledge and experience. You support the implementation of professional concepts into actionable measures within your organizational unit.
You offer informal guidance to new team members on procedures and tasks, answer questions, and resolve issues related to global/regional HR processes and information services. You consult with process owners, developers, and IT contacts when necessary to achieve resolution and provide needed guidance.
Additionally, you contribute to the improvement of specific HR tools, processes, or projects, support research on assigned HR projects, and provide administrative/transactional project support. This includes data analysis, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management, and organizing training and development for the HR community or managers.
- Provide face-to-face and email support for all operational and consulting HR issues.
- Offer HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers.
- Support HR processes and tools.
- Answer questions from line managers and employees regarding labor law and collective agreements.
- Conduct policy and process training
- Implement global and local rollouts for relevant expertise areas.
- Drive and lead People Experience Care projects in the Europe region, focusing on Hungary
You have:
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- Hungarian labor law knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Operational efficiency.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems (as an added advantage).
