Working in a challenging, high volume, fast-paced environment, the HR Generalist student will work closely with the HR Business Advisors (HRBA’s), HR Analysts and Business Units to provide support to the Client Services team. - Term length: 12 months
- Term start: January 2025
- Job location: Fort McMurray, AB – (Horizon or Albian site)
- Shift schedule: 4 x 3 – 10 hours (Monday – Thursday)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create and process complete and accurate Assignment Change Form (ACF) packages including: resignations, transfers, progressions, leaves of absence, general employee changes etc.
- Create and complete routine HR forms and letters
- Complete people and position data audits within HR Central
- Coordinate and complete projects on behalf of the HRBAs/department
- Assist in roll out of HR Company initiatives.
- Creating ad-hoc reporting as required.
Responsibilities:
- Currently enrolled in your 2 nd , 3 rd , or 4 th year of a degree or diploma program in Human Resources
