Description:

HR Generalist (Part-time)
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Generalist. Reporting directly to our HR Director (APAC), you’ll handle a variety of HR tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience for the success of our New Zealand and Australia-based employees. You will also be playing a pivotal role in managing our global HRIS system, supporting worldwide HR programs. Dive into the action by providing administrative support to our executive team, especially during quarter-end, ensuring seamless board report compilation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4- 5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Previous HRIS management experience; bonus points for familiarity with BambooHR
  • Experience working in a global company or in IT industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with a positive and tactful approach
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Open to do on office work

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and advise managers on statutory or regulatory requirements in various areas of staff management.
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring timely communication and resolution of claims
  • Confidently manage the employee life-cycle
  • Maintain local employee records on the HRIS system with 100% data accuracy
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, including salary, bonuses, and commissions
  • Provide administrative services to the executive team, including ad hoc reports and website maintenance
  • Collaborate with managers to implement company policies and procedures
  • Advise management with respect to employee relations
  • Support global HR initiatives and recruitment functions as needed
