About the team:
The Global People Experience within the Human Resources Division at PATH is a diverse team of professionals including HR Business Partners and HR Generalists who contribute to the design and implementation of PATH’s people strategy and facilitate the delivery of best HR practices in support of the mission we serve.
We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist, People Experience, Europe who will play a pivotal role in supporting our European teams. This is part-time role (80%) until June 30th, 2025, which could be extend until the end of 2025.
The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will be a critical point of contact for local employees, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring a positive workplace experience. You will also help coordinate HR activities with the Africa and Americas regions.
Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across the organization to support the embedding of HR policies and practices.
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Appropriately manage day-to-day HR administration ensuring service excellence and compliance on Employee matters.
- Assist in the communication and interpretation of HR guidelines. Support in reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Contributes to maintaining and monitoring HR data, preparing HR reports, dashboards and manages the documentation of HR documents as per the local laws.
- Support HR Business Partners to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Keeps abreast of legal and statutory requirements in the countries of operation in the region and ensures compliance.
- Act as a system expert and advocate for the Global People Experience team.
Experience:
- Excellent practical insights into Swiss, UK and Belgian HR practices and employment laws will be highly valuable.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications.
- Self-directed, organized problem solver with the ability to prioritize and meet goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working in multicultural organizations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to reprioritize amid shifting priorities.
- Workday systems experience preferred
