JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate also understands that supporting our employees is a key component to satisfying our customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Skills:
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and answering questions in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation. Perform HR audits to ensure record accuracy.
- HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations.
