As our a Recruiter - HR Generalist, you will work closely with the local team and support the core business of the company. This involves recruitment, payroll and administration to help the company scale its newly established Milan office.

Concretely, you will:
Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews
Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing if needed
Preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll in cooperation with our accountant and our external tax office
Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews
Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events
Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects
