The HR Generalist will be responsible for…
managing compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations
leave of absence oversight
employee relations work
recruiting/interviewing new employees
processing workers compensation claims
responding to unemployment claims
assisting with payroll, as needed
HR projects
and more!
The ideal HR Generalist comes with…
3+ years of HR experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Skilled with Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred)
