REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PHR and or SPHR certification a plus!
  • 3+ years related HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Familiarity with FMLA, STD/LTD, and workers’ compensation processes
  • UKG experience a plus, not required

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
  • Provide necessary training and support to new hires
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and ensure timely completion
  • Assist employees with selecting appropriate benefit options
  • Manage leave of absence requests, including FMLA, STD, LTD, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
