Description:

Cell therapy has revolutionized cancer treatment. However, manufacturing patient-derived cell therapies faces significant barriers due to complex, manual, and costly processes that don’t scale. As a result, only 3% of eligible patients actually receive these life-saving cell therapies today.
Sarcura, a Vienna-based deep-tech startup, will power new possibilities in cell therapy manufacturing bypioneering the development of miniaturized, autonomous cell factories on chips. Our mission is to cure cancer by making affordable, mass-customized cell therapies a reality.
We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist with comprehensive knowledge across all facets of human resources. In our fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human ResourceProcesses while playinga key role in enhancing our HR strategies. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle as we continue to expand and evolve.

Responsibilities

  • HR Process Management: Oversee key HR processes, including recruiting, RWR card applications, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, performance review cycles
  • HRIS Management: Take full ownership of the HRIS, ensuring continuous optimization and efficiency of HR processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employeedata within the system, ensuringtimely and reliableinformation.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage HR projects throughout the employee lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate on the development and enhancement of existing HR strategies. Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes to align with and supportoverall business goals.

Qualification

  • Comprehensive experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years)
  • Deep understanding of HR processes with a strong affinity for leveraging technology (IT Tools) in HR operations
  • Sharp analytical thinker with precise accuracy in data management
  • Strongly driven, with a proactive approach to independently identify and tackle challenges
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to compellingly persuade and empathize, driving successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate both short-term and long-term tasks, with strong proficiency in setting and managing priorities independently
  • A proactive mindset for problem-solving and fostering continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken)
