Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on attracting top talent to support our expanding teams. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to streamline recruitment processes and ensure we secure the best candidates. While recruitment will be your main focus, you’ll also assist with HR operations as needed. This position is perfect for someone with ecommerce experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create job descriptions.
  • Provide HR generalist support, covering employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Offer guidance on HR best practices and maintain accurate employee records.
