The role of HR Generalist will deliver the day-to-day People & Culture operations in our Irish office based in Blackrock. From total rewards to employee relations, you will ensure the smooth running of HR activities for Ingka Investments and Group Treasury co-workers. In addition, you will support the recruitment of various positions across the Ingka Group, the largest franchisee of IKEA.

To be successful in this role, you have the following:
- 4+ years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of a broad set of HR practices, policies and processes.
- Good understanding of best practice in recruitment and candidate experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various seniority levels across several locations.
- Great attention to detail.
Ideally, you have also gained experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand and IKEA Culture & Values.
- End-to-end recruitment.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Irish employment law

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your scope will cover all operational activities in Ireland. More specifically this means you will:
- Deliver daily HR activities, guidance and support in the office.
- First point of contact for co-workers and third party providers regarding day-to-day matters.
- Ensure compliance and a consistent execution of the P&C framework and policies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for positions based in Ireland and in other Ingka locations.
- Support the global P&C team in specific projects as needed.
To be successful in this role, you have the following:
