Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Proactive and keen to learn with flexibility to adapt to different cultures and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a start-up environmen
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Work with recruiting teams to finalize onboarding plans and coordinate with HROPs and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support corporate BPs to execute on the ground, helping to address concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Assist the corporate BPs in the implementation of performance processes and support managers in probation process and discussions.
- Ensure employees are aware of HR policies and practices and comply with regional, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to support employee development and growth.
- Assist employees with finding the right contacts for queries and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the AMS HRBPL or the corporate BPs
- Act as point of contact for Vancouver office RTO and seat reshuffling initiatives, and achieve positive employee experience in the office.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 26- CAD$ 38.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected hourly compensation for a person in this position.
