HR Generalist

This role will perform general HR administrative duties, but main focus on recruiting and onboarding efforts. Looking for a bi-lingual, motivated, detail oriented HR professional with 2-5 years of experience.

• Assist with managing staffing agency resources
• Recruit for open roles
• Handle all internal job postings/bids
• Maintain employee files and associated records
• Manage applicant tracking
• Assist in the successful onboarding and orientation for new teammates
• Present New Hire Benefits Orientation
• Schedule pre-employment screenings, trainings, benefit orientations, etc.
• Schedule and conduct both phone and in person interviews as required
• Respond to employment verifications requests
• Coordinate new hire training
• Data entry of teammate information into required systems
• Draft teammate correspondence as requested (offer letters, disciplinary statements, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
  High school diploma required.Associates or bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in web-based programs. Prior experience with Paycom and bi-lingual preferred
