Description:

As an HR Generalist at TIS, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managing a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will play a key role in supporting our dynamic work environment, ensuring that our HR practices align with our mission of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive our company’s success.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • at least 2-3 years experience in an HR Role
  • Practical HR admin skills and knowledge of labor law and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Eager to learn and take initiative
  • Independent working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel for Teamevents: 2-4 times a year
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
  • Perform administrative activities such as drafting documents and updating records
  • Respond to and provide guidance on general HR inquiries
  • Administer employee benefit programs and payroll
  • Support and/or lead HR projects and initiatives
  • Create and/or update HR policies
  • Organize and coordinate employee training programs
  • Support in planning and managing company events
  • Support audit tasks and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations
