Description:
As an HR Generalist at TIS, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managing a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will play a key role in supporting our dynamic work environment, ensuring that our HR practices align with our mission of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive our company’s success.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- at least 2-3 years experience in an HR Role
- Practical HR admin skills and knowledge of labor law and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Independent working style
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel for Teamevents: 2-4 times a year
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
- Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
- Perform administrative activities such as drafting documents and updating records
- Respond to and provide guidance on general HR inquiries
- Administer employee benefit programs and payroll
- Support and/or lead HR projects and initiatives
- Create and/or update HR policies
- Organize and coordinate employee training programs
- Support in planning and managing company events
- Support audit tasks and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations
