JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist will work closely with management to ensure all facets of our HR strategy are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The HR Generalist will also provide a variety of complex, routine, and administrative services in support of departmental and operational goals. This role will not only collaborate with the department in various projects and data maintenance, but also support employees of the company through various Employee Engagement, Employee Well Being, and Employee Relations initiatives. This person will be responsible for coaching/mentoring employees, as well as serving as a liaison between the company and employee. Other duties will include the following:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or related experience in lieu of a degree
- Preferred bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- 3-5 years HR experience preferred
- Active PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
