Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as phone calls, mail/packages and assisting guests/visitors.
- Support the administration of employee policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientations
- Prepare new employee files through our HRIS.
- Manage badges and parking passes for our Las Vegas office.
- Complete onboarding processes such as I9’s, payroll paperwork, benefits enrollment etc.
- Assist with maintenance of employee files in our HRIS
- Coordinate employee events and community events as they happen.
- Oversee employee recognition programs.
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assist recruiting team with background and drug screening of new hires.
- Reconciles benefits statements and ensure that they are paid in a timely manner.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Assist the Human Resource leadership team in any day to day activities.
