Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus primarily on managing payroll, benefits administration, paid time off (PTO), and ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The ideal candidate will have experience using Paylocity and will collaborate closely with other HR team members to ensure seamless HR operations and transitions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, benefits administration, and ACA compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Human resources or related field. .
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting employee training and education sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Familiarity with other HR functions, such as recruitment and employee engagement.
