Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Payroll Management:
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for payroll reporting and reconciliations.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations.
  • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits and manage enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, including work permits, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
