Dysons is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Graduate to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative, HR, and recruitment support while playing a key role in shaping our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage Candidates: Source, screen, and engage top talent to meet recruitment needs.
- Coordinate Recruitment: Manage interviews, document verification, reference checks, and prepare offers and contracts.
- Support Onboarding: Organise induction training and coordinate new staff onboarding.
- Collaborate on Projects: Partner with the People & Culture team on key recruitment and HR initiatives.
- Administrative Excellence: Schedule meetings, maintain accurate employee records, manage correspondence, and support HR system updates.
- Deliver Outstanding Communication: Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process with timely updates and feedback.
What You’ll Bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong background in customer service and administrative coordination.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and organise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, showcasing professionalism and accuracy.
- The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and candidates alike.
- A tech-savvy mindset and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
