ADP’s Implementation organization provides enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and National accounts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Implementation Team Lead (ITL) to join our dynamic implementation team. The ITL will play a crucial role in supporting our Implementation team throughout the entire implementation process, supporting technical aspects and providing project management support to ensure a successful project go-live. In this role, the ITL will be instrumental in driving our clients’ success by delivering innovative solutions. The Implementation Team Lead (ITL) is the primary escalation point for all implementation issues. ITL’s provide extensive product knowledge, problem resolution, troubleshooting and technical support of the implementation process. On complex projects, they may have a role in every stage of the process to ensure efficient project completion.

Responsibilities:

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in WFN implementation.
  • Technical configuration knowledge of HR. Knowledge of other ADP products
  • Proven experience mentoring associates and supporting new hires.
  • Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, the use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites
