Description:

Since 2007, we’ve been invested in conservation shophouse category, growing to become one of Singapore’s prominent conservations shophouse investors.
Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding and etc. and works closely with the People and Culture Team in supporting business units.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in running of day-to-day HR operations (full spectrum of HR)
- Assist in ensuring the standards of HR practices across departments
- Assist in recruitment ( i.e. post adverts, screening and scheduling of interview)
- Assist in preparing employees onboarding/offboarding and new hire orientation process
- Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, attending to telephone calls) to the HR Team to ensure smooth operations within the team and inter-department
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to the team on HR related issues
- Ensure full compliance with the local statutory requirements
- Assist in processing of work pass related documentation, application, renewal and cancellation
- Monitor and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity of employees’ data required for payroll processing in all HR related systems
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior or management.
