WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS THESE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Master’s Degree
- Fluent English (both oral and written). Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
- Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to HR Business Partners
- Assisting with exit interviews, including updating exit interview database
- Attending meetings and supporting team with administrative tasks as required
- Document all key local HR processes (workflows/document hand-off points with different HR teams)
- Arrange of HR share drive, enclosing sorting out folders in logical order
- Ensure that all HR policies and processes are stored on the HR Shared drive correctly
- Determine and document archiving process
- Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
- Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed
You will report to the local Manager.
