WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS THESE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent English (both oral and written). Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
  • Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to HR Business Partners
  • Assisting with exit interviews, including updating exit interview database
  • Attending meetings and supporting team with administrative tasks as required
  • Document all key local HR processes (workflows/document hand-off points with different HR teams)
  • Arrange of HR share drive, enclosing sorting out folders in logical order
  • Ensure that all HR policies and processes are stored on the HR Shared drive correctly
  • Determine and document archiving process
  • Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
  • Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed
    You will report to the local Manager.
