Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team, the HR Intern will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the works of in-house Talent Acquisition, with practical hands-on opportunities to handle recruitment activities. This 6-month full-time internship will commence in July 2024.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Post advertisements on various job portals (internal & external)
- Shortlist profiles based on hiring manager’s requirements
- Conduct 1st level pre-screening for candidates who meet the requirements
- Arrange and set up interviews invites and meeting links between line managers and candidates
- Liaise with selected candidates and collect necessary documents for validation
- Update tracker with latest hiring status of vacancies in year for Singapore entity
- Prepare handover documentation for the next intern to ensure seamless transition
