Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team, the HR Intern will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the works of in-house Talent Acquisition, with practical hands-on opportunities to handle recruitment activities. This 6-month full-time internship will commence in July 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Post advertisements on various job portals (internal & external)
  • Shortlist profiles based on hiring manager’s requirements
  • Conduct 1st level pre-screening for candidates who meet the requirements
  • Arrange and set up interviews invites and meeting links between line managers and candidates
  • Liaise with selected candidates and collect necessary documents for validation
  • Update tracker with latest hiring status of vacancies in year for Singapore entity
  • Prepare handover documentation for the next intern to ensure seamless transition
