Description:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career within a company that supports your development? We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our newly set up Benelux Cluster Talent Development team for a one-year term (January 2025-January 2026).
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- A bachelor’s degree or in preparation of a master’s degree in business, HR or (business) psychology is required.
- First professional experience in HR is advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good communication skills in both English and German, French advantageous
- You work closely with multiple stakeholders to successfully execute projects.
- You can understand and respond to the needs of internal clients.
- Interest in digital learning and working with digital tools.
- First experience of M365

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
In the dynamic world of logistics, promoting growth and development is essential. You will have the chance to help build, design and implement our Talent Strategy for the cluster, with a focus on Belgium and Luxembourg, allowing you to have a substantial impact on our organization!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support colleagues with their learning & development needs. For this, you work with internal stakeholders, gain insights into learning & development needs and advise on best approach.
- You create and coordinate training courses and workshops that match the needs of our colleagues. Your focus is on soft skill training in a blended approach.
- You organize and prepare trainings with external provider. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks after the training sessions, such as invoicing, training recording.
- You support employees with external training programmes and with the preparation of educational leave or schooling clauses.
- You manage all training data and can generate reports according to the needs of your customers.
- You are part of various projects that are part of the roadmap and help to ensure implementation.
- You organize various aspects of the onboarding process of our new starters.
- Youwill be responsible for the whole process of the grants in Luxembourg, as wellas for the related audit process.
