Description:
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Final year of study in HR or related field (HR management, legal) and strong desire to develop in the HR area
- Fluency in English and Polish languages
- Positive and “get things done” attitude with excellent communications skills, ability to drive things into completion within defined timelines
- Strong data analytics and tech savvy with data systems and tools (knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
- Availability to work for 12 months ( full time preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Explore HR Functions: Learning about recruitment, business support, and employee assistance in the HR department
- Admin support and projects: Starting with administrative tasks and later contributing to projects and digitization processes
- Support in events coordination and partnerships: Organizing employee events and working with schools for better engagement
- Participation in branding activities
- HR Generalists’ support
