PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-8 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a HR Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-8 months.

  • We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.

    Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations functions with daily HR activities, including but not limited to general queries, absence management, time and attendance reviews and management, back end HR systems support of core processes including Talent Acquisition, HR operations, training etc.
  • Support the extended HR Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service.
  • Support core processes such as induction, exit interviews, probation and training for employees.
  • Playing an active role in the sites engagement and vitality teams actively contributing to idea creation and execution of events onsite
  • Support the onsite communication strategy with timely and effective communications.
  • Support the HR team in preparation for any audits requiring HR input.
  • Ensure all employee issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR dept.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list, and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct all reasonable requests in line with their role and responsibilities.
