As People Operations intern, you will help us to build and support our growing international team. You will work closely with the People Operations Coordinators on all HR related tasks. So, you’ll be involved in every HR process and working on operational, administrative and strategic levels! That’s what we call making impact. We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months starting in February 2025.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have to be enrolled in a school/college within the EU
- You’re smart! You’re a bachelor student of Human Resources, Hospitality or related;
- You’re looking for a meaningful internship experience;
- You’re fluent in English and Dutch is a plus (written and spoken)
- You’re available for an internship of minimum 6 months, starting February 2025
- You’re legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the first point of contact to support employees and managers on HR related questions;
- You’ll help with coordinating the onboarding/offboarding process of new employees;
- Maintain and updating HR documentation, update employee details in HR software;
- You’ll assist in meaningful projects, for example about new to open hotels;
- You’ll support in Intern recruitment activities, conduct teams calls and interviews;
- You’ll help with representing The Social Hub at career events and internship fairs.
