Position Location: Budapest, Hungary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who will be part of our Field HR team.
Tasks:
- Creating and analyzing the Onboarding Survey
- Preparing employee related reports (overtime, holiday, headcount etc.)
- Supporting the job of the HR Business Partners
- Scheduling and conducting exit & temperature check interviews
- Supporting the Business Managers in HR related questions
- Administrating employee related data
- Participating in HR related projects, organizing internal Career Fair, etc.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Ongoing university studies
- Ability to work min. 30 hours per week
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player and can-do attitude
- High energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment
- English and Hungarian language skills are required for this role
