What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support our HR team, driving key people initiatives and gaining valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the rollout of the global HR Information System
- Provide administrative support for the onboarding process for new employees
- Support the HR Business Partner and Head of HR on strategic projects
- Assist with HR compliance activitiesRequirements:
- Working towards or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
- Curiosity and passion for innovation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Results-oriented and eager to learn
- Participate in HR events such as career fairs and outreach programmes
