Requirements of the HR Trainee :

  • Internship part of a school program
  • Available for min. 6 months
  • English + French mandatory, Dutch is a plu

Key Responsibilities of the HR Trainee :

  • Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels
  • Follow-up in our people administration and information
  • Support HR team multiple projects
  • Day-to-day transactions in our HR systems such as creating positions and requisitions
  • Manage the recruitment for trainees and post ads in Harri for students & trainee
  • Organize staff meetings/birthday gifts/Christmas gifts etc.
  • Assist the managers on HR related responsibilities
  • Manage HR communications to the employees
  • Responsible for sending onboarding documents to candidates and the following up
  • Keep employee’s data such as contracts, onboarding documents, certification update
