We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious HR student to join our Nordic HR team for an exciting internship experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work across four diverse countries, each with its own local language, local currency and local legislation gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and international HR environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

You are in the final stages of your on-going HR studies and wants to gain some practical experience as part of your education. Special interests or knowledge from Nordic working practices, holiday legislations and local benefits management is a plus. You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a plus.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship, available to students who are eligible for an internship as part of their CSN-approved studies. Additionally, your educational institution must approve Stryker as a suitable internship provider for your education program.

Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will join the Nordic HR-team in supporting the Nordic part of the Northern Europe region at Stryker. Further on, you will get exposure and gain experience from various HR and payroll related tasks, participate in HRBP-oriented tasks as well as contribute to local small-scale projects and internal employee communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what it’s like to work in a global organization while being based at our Malmö office, where you will be part of our dedicated HR team.
