Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Extensive experience in international HR within corporate environments or consultancy.
  • Preferably held roles involving international project management.
  • Proficient with IT platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and SAP HCM.
  • Demonstrates a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams across departments, businesses, and territories.
  • Proactive and adept at working independently.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection laws and company policies.
  • Outstanding command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

As part of our RTL HR IS Team, you will:

  • Analyze and implement HR processes using the Group’s HRIS platform.
  • Ensure the platform aligns with RTL Group’s standards.
  • Liaise between RTL Group, affiliates, Bertelsmann, and HR/IT teams.
  • Design and maintain group-wide HRIS governance.
  • Represent RTL Group in Bertelsmann Expert Panels.
  • Coordinate group-wide HRIS rollouts with Business Units and partners.
  • Act as the point of contact for Business Unit change requests.
  • Advise Business Units on the HRIS platform.
  • Serve as the group-wide HRIS administrator.
  • Support updates and releases, ensuring functionality and training.
  • Assist in yearly budgeting for the IT platform.
  • Monitor and manage license usage costs.
  • Oversee HR processes within the HR IT platform.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated on HR IT tools and market developments.
