  • Location: hybrid work (1 day a week from the office in Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warsaw/Łódź)
  • Remuneration: up to about 95 PLN/H net + VAT
    About the Role: Our SuccessFactors & Integrations Team seeks an IT Analyst to support one of the functional areas in our strategic projects. We are specifically looking for a specialist in SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking with hands-on experience to join our team. Your role will focus on designing, testing, and maintaining solutions within this functional scope.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an admin or consultant with SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.
  • Proven ability to design, build, test, and implement solutions within the time management domain of SuccessFactors.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of translating business needs into technical solutions, with a keen eye for details.
  • Self-Driven: A proactive learner eager to become a skilled HR IT Analyst.
  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Mindset: Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into effective digital solutions.
  • Provide expertise and insights to enhance and optimize existing solutions, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Work independently on complex tasks, applying a problem-solving mindset to overcome technical challenges.
  • Engage in a cross-country and cross-functional environment, contributing to team success across different regions.
