Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR Systems, understanding of the system workflows and architecture of our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and develop the HR IT roadmap together with the IT team.
- Express HR Business requirements to IT teams while showing a strategic understanding of Human Resources needs.
- Project Manager of new HR IT implementations across our European subsidiaries.
- Analyze data sets, deriving measures, and providing adjustment proposals for our People Strategy.
- Provide high-quality, accurate data for reliable business decisions and collaborating with other members of the HR team to enhance data quality within our HCM module in SuccessFactors.
- Define rules for data retention within HR systems and give guidance to local subsidiaries for data entry.
- Work closely with teams such as Payroll, Controlling and on various reporting and integration projects, aiming to create one HR data platform, e.g. monthly corporate Headcount reporting and budget exercises.
- Enhance the existing dashboard with additional KPIs and develop manager cockpits with business relevant HR metrics.
- Contribute to strategic compensation and benefits projects by providing and analyzing compensation data, packages, and benchmarks, e.g. salary benchmarks, bonus calculations/eligible headcount definition, etc.
- Manage stakeholders, handle various inquiries, and create ad-hoc HR reports if needed.
