You’re effective at managing multiple projects at once, highly detail-oriented and organised, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience in a similar role and level, where you’ve managed multiple stakeholders and projects, ideally in a high-growth environment, or relevant experience that positions you ready to step up into the role

- Experience in drafting new employee and HR policies from scratch
- A strong bias towards execution, and an openness to feedback, collaboration and teamwork

A competitive salary package, including equity from an early stage;
A balanced, progressive, and supportive work environment;
