Description:
Our client is looking for a dedicated HR leader to take on a managerial role within their team. In this pivotal position, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, creating an environment of inclusivity and positivity within the organization.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de concevoir et de déployer des stratégies RH en phase avec les objectifs de l’organisation, tout en favorisant une culture de travail positive et inclusive.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
- CHRP/CPHR certification.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws and employment standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR policy creation and implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Requis
- Licence en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 10 ans minimum d’expérience progressive en ressources humaines, dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de direction.
- Certification CHRP/CPHR.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, écrit et oral.
- Connaissance approfondie des lois du travail et normes d’emploi au Québec.
- Expertise prouvée dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de politiques RH.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in HR or an MBA.
- Previous experience in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Background in change management.
- Experience in unionized work settings.
Préférence

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing HR operations including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Manage workplace culture programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to promote organizational development and drive change management.
- Plan and oversee strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to federal and provincial employment legislation and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget.
- Implement and design performance management systems and succession planning.
