Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development (HR) team in our Delta Hoofddorp office. Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with departments to identify training needs.
  • Develop and maintain a structured training content framework aligned with company goals.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the logistics of training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting training initiatives and success stories through HR communications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and structured thinking and ability to deal with complexity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
