As an HR Legal Advisor, you’ll make an impact by:
- Providing expert HR legal advice and support on HR-related matters, including e.g. employee relations, contracts, social documents and compliance with Belgian (individual & collective) labour laws, social security, international employment as well as GDPR-HR related topics.
- Advising on disciplinary issues.
- Supporting the HR team in the implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Conducting training sessions on HR legal matters to enhance the knowledge and skills of HR colleagues and managers.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to mitigate legal risks and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments in employment law and advising the business pro-actively on potential impacts.
- Handling communications and contacts with external organisations (e.g., social inspection, law firms, government agencies)
