Responsibilities:

As our new HR Legal Student Assistant, you will support the HR Legal department in Denmark 15-20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drafting disciplinary warnings and terminations
  • Ensuring that the team is up to date on new employment legislation and case law
  • Responsible for updating our employee handbook
  • Assisting our Global Team (Rewards and HR Legal) as required related to global incentive programs, data privacy work and HR Legal aspects of global HR projects
  • Assisting HR management in preparing for meetings and taking minutes of meetings
