Responsibilities:
As our new HR Legal Student Assistant, you will support the HR Legal department in Denmark 15-20 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Drafting disciplinary warnings and terminations
- Ensuring that the team is up to date on new employment legislation and case law
- Responsible for updating our employee handbook
- Assisting our Global Team (Rewards and HR Legal) as required related to global incentive programs, data privacy work and HR Legal aspects of global HR projects
- Assisting HR management in preparing for meetings and taking minutes of meetings
