* EXPERIENCE IN HR OPERATION AND PROCESS *

This position will develop and enhance business relationships with internal stakeholders, assist to resolve any escalated issues that cannot be handled through regular business operations protocols, be responsible for handling the regular touch points with clients, stakeholders and business partners through meetings / calls that are part of the overall Service Center governance model and coordinate with internal shared services operations to ensure that information shared by internal stakeholders, and business partners is aligned to the service center’s operating model and vice-versa.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional HR operations experience preferably within a shared service center environment, with a focus in administration or client management.
  • Experience managing and / or leading others a plus.
  • Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow and SalesForce.com is desirable, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources as a discipline including the various functions of New Hire, Promotions/Transfers, Separation, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits
  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Strong analytical/decision making skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead others and exert influence
  • Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong team development skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that the service center’s partnership with internal stakeholders remains strong.
  • Acts as point of contact for any escalated issues that need extensive investigation and alignment before resolutions are reached.
  • Lead regular cadence calls with clients, stakeholders and business partners related to the country’s HR operations.
  • Ensures that issues raised by clients, stakeholders and business partners are tracked and driven to resolution.
  • Works with Service Center Leaders in facilitating client relationships with HR SSC and HR Leadership, Business Leaders, vendors/third party providers, etc.
  • Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Key player in ad-hoc continuous improvement projects to stabilize and enhance HR Services.
