Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide strategic leadership on assigned M&A projects, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to develop comprehensive plans for each specific project, meeting the business and financial objectives.
  • Partner with HR business partner as a consultant and change agent for Org Design and Talent Retention.
  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including proactive risk identification and effective problem resolution.
  • Develop and deliver impactful project presentations for report-outs to the Integration Management Office and Company/Group leadership team.

Knowledge and Complexity of Role

  • Proficient in synthesizing and analyzing large amounts of information and data to derive meaningful insights for the M&A diligence process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to take decisive action in complex and uncertain situations.
  • Adapts quickly to change.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of HR Structure and COE’s.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly, identify and weigh options, and make recommendations.
  • Flexible work schedule: may need to work outside of the standard business schedule, including weekends, depending on the required project deliverables and deal countries involved
