Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our HR/WHS team reporting to the Director HR, you will:
- Enhance Team Culture : Advise on and coach for team culture with the aim of a happy and thriving workforce.
- Talent Management : Oversee our recruitment function, talent acquisition strategies and the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide Specialist HR Support : Provide trusted, expert advice on everything HR - from performance to policies, enterprise agreements and pay.
- Drive Projects : Lead HR projects for continuous improvement and recommend HR concepts, programs and initiatives.
- Analyse Data : Generate HR reports and crunch the numbers to inform our decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
- Communication : Enhance internal communication strategies.
- Resolve Conflicts : Handle workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
- Utilise Systems : Navigate HRIS/Payroll systems like a pro and other relevant software applications.
