  • Manage and lead a small team of 5 members to deliver the following HR services for internal stakeholders.

  • Training and Development
  • Career Development
  • Organization Development
  • Human Resource Planning
  • Performance Management
  • Selection and Staffing
  • Talent Management & Succession
  • Organization/Job Design
  • HR Business partnering by having a deep understanding of our business Culture (Vision/Mission/Values/Principles) and ensuring that HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals. Inculcating this culture to all the staff during onboarding and orientation.
  • Work with line managers to provide advice, support and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies clarification and practices.
  • Provide support to any other HR related project and duties as assigned.
