- Lead & Inspire: You’ll manage and inspire the HR and HRBP teams across all business lines, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of HR initiatives.
- Drive Strategic HR Initiatives: Working closely with the HR Director, you’ll develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with the strategic objectives of The Adecco Group and Akkodis.
- Manage the Employee Life Cycle: From onboarding to exit interviews, you’ll oversee all stages of the employee journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Onboarding & Integration: Ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively into our company culture.
- Learning & Development: Partner with Managers and the Training Advisor to deliver impactful learning programs.
- Performance Management: Champion a performance-driven culture by managing appraisals and feedback systems.
- HR Processes: Implement HR processes and procedures with precision, following HRM validation.
- Annual Evaluations: Take an active role in the annual evaluations of internal staff.
- Exit Interviews: Gather feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Support Business Leaders: Provide business leaders with the tools and insights they need to manage their teams effectively. Analyze data, track trends, and create actionable plans.
- Build Retention Strategies: Develop retention plans in collaboration with HRM and BLD to keep our top talent engaged and motivated.
- Coach & Counsel Managers: Offer guidance to managers on team management, including navigating challenging situations like warnings and dismissals.
- Boost Employee Engagement: Lead the execution of annual engagement surveys and develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Organize HR Training: Plan and deliver internal HR training sessions that equip our teams with essential skills.
- Lead HR Projects: Spearhead HR projects that fall within the HRBP scope, ensuring successful implementation.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain legal compliance across all HR practices and keep our processes up to date with current social legislation.
- Data Management: Keep our personnel databases accurate and aligned with systems like Partena, SAP, and Together.
