The Role: HR Manager for Germany & Czech Republic (Activity Rate 80%)
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee business operations in Germany and Czech Republic. This is a key position that requires staying at the forefront of HR market practices.
Reporting to the Country General Manager and working closely with the Regional Head of HR Europe, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies and driving impactful initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and communicating global HR strategies within the local markets.
- Serving as the go-to person for all HR- related matters, offering support and guidance to internal teams as well as to the leadership team making talent development and talent retention a top priority
- Spearheading the creation and improvement of HR processes to align with company goals
- Managing payroll, employee reviews, and the complete HR cycle for the region
- Overseeing and optimizing the HR budget
- Leading recruitment efforts and ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Collaborating on HR projects across the region
Qualifikationen
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably with a talent acquisition focus
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- In depth knowledge of German labor law
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
