Description:
JOB SCOPES:
- Lead recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, reference checks, and onboarding for both the Singapore and Philippine branches.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, punctuality, and efficiency.
- Ensure job descriptions remain current and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Create and maintain a compensation framework based on market analysis and salary surveys, ensuring it stays up-to-date.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts effectively.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Apply HR policies consistently across the organization.
- Maintain and improve HR systems and workflows.
- Administer performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
- Use performance management tools to offer guidance and constructive feedback to the team.
- Develop and execute employee retention initiatives.
- Develop training resources and performance management initiatives to ensure employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
- Prior experience in crewing within the bunker sector is a plus.
- Well-versed in MOM guidelines and HR best practices.
