Description:

JOB SCOPES:

  • Lead recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, reference checks, and onboarding for both the Singapore and Philippine branches.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, punctuality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure job descriptions remain current and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Create and maintain a compensation framework based on market analysis and salary surveys, ensuring it stays up-to-date.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
  • Apply HR policies consistently across the organization.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems and workflows.
  • Administer performance evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
  • Use performance management tools to offer guidance and constructive feedback to the team.
  • Develop and execute employee retention initiatives.
  • Develop training resources and performance management initiatives to ensure employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
  • Prior experience in crewing within the bunker sector is a plus.
  • Well-versed in MOM guidelines and HR best practices.
