For Azelis Benelux, located in Merelbeke, we are looking for a HR manager.
Responsibilities:
As our HR manager, you will provide operational and strategic HR support and guidance to our local organizations in Belgium and the Netherlands, with the goal to establish a performance-oriented organization and create a Best-Place-to-Work environment.
This includes:
Set out the HR agenda and priorities to support business needs, in close cooperation with the Managing Director and the HR Director EMEA.
Proactively partner with the Managing Director, local leadership/management and staff in all relevant HR issues, and facilitate the achievement of business goals by delivering professional, operational (hands-on) HR support in all areas of the employee life cycle:
- Recruitment
- Employee relations
- Performance talent management
- Compensation & benefits
- Performance management
- Training & development
Ensure the implementation of group policies and procedures at local level and provide the best possible support and information to line managers, whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable local legislation.
Sustainability: translate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs.
