This is a volunteer remote role for an HR Manager at Bluelife Magazine. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. This role will also involve implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work culture.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the publishing industry is a plus
